EXISTING CLIENTS WITH CUSTOMER ACCESS PORTAL LOGIN: To open our customer access portal to create new, or access existing, services requests please visit the following link.  You must have your username and password to access the portal.  If you have not received your login please request one by calling 704-334-1252 - at the attendant please select the support option (Normal hours 8AM to 5PM M-F; Emergency service is available other times at current emergency rates).
